ABOUT
Originally from Greensboro, NC, I am a theatre-brat turned film-nerd. I hold a BA in Film Studies from UNC-Wilmington and an MFA in Directing from the American Film Institute.
My career in the film industry has included travel to some amazing places while being able to call Los Angeles home. I am grateful to have worked on some fantastic projects along the way, some you've heard and some you haven't. The same goes for my incredible co-workers, whether they were in front of the camera or behind it. It's been a wonderful ride!
I am currently in Monroe, NC. using my background in filmmaking and directing in another area that I enjoy: photography. Before going professional, I spent years taking photos of friends and family, as a way of showing love. I am happy to have built a strong portfolio of photos ranging from professional headshots to modeling portfolios to family portraits. Never a "point-and-shoot" photographer, my goal is to connect with each of my subjects in a way that makes them feel at ease in front of the camera. The end result is pictures that tell a story and capture the essence of what makes the person in front of the camera unique.
